What payment methods does accept?

How do I cancel my order?
Please email postmaster@bunnybaily.com with your cancellation request and order details. We'll do our best to process your request in time. Thank you for understanding that custom-made pieces are non-cancellable, as they are crafted specifically for you. Should you wish to cancel, a partial fee may be charged to cover production expenses.
Can l track my order?
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm that it's onits way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. Orders are traceablefrom when they are shipped, you can check its progress in the delivery confirmation email.
I am missing an item on my order
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placedand the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular item(s) maychange.
If an item in your order is missing, check your emails to see if we have sent you information aboutan item which is out of stock. lf out of stocks occur, we will send you an email to inform youabout this. lf this happens, no payment of these goods is taken. The delivery note will state whichitems are in this part of your order. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your orderto make sure you are not missing anything. lf something is missing and you have questions aboutthis, please reach out to us.

Can you help me design a custom engagement ring?
Yes, absolutely! If you’d like to discuss any initial ideas for a custom design or have questions about the process, feel free to reach out to us at postmaster@bunnybaily.com.
How long does a custom order take?
If needed, please email us at postmaster@bunnybaily.com by the specified date, and our team will do our best to provide guidance. Custom orders typically take around 20 business days to complete.
Can I return my custom order?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to make adjustments to achieve the design you envisioned.
How does the custom design process work?
We’ll start with a conversation to explore your design ideas and answer any questions you may have. After that, we’ll send over some suggestions. Once you’ve decided on a final design, we’ll provide a sketch and pricing details. When everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to complete your order.
Can you set my own stone in a custom piece?
Yes.
How do I take care of my engagement ring
Cleaning: Soak your jewelry in warm water mixed with mild soap, then gently scrub the gemstone and setting with a soft-bristled brush.
Protection: Avoid contact with hard or abrasive surfaces. While diamonds are durable, they can chip if struck with enough force or at just the right angle. Always remove your ring when cleaning or using harsh chemicals.
Storage: Proper storage matters. Between wears, we recommend placing your jewelry back in its original box to keep it safe and protected.
Do you offer repair services?
We offer complimentary services for two years to help keep your ring beautiful and radiant for a lifetime. Some services are available as needed and remain free for life. If you ever need a touch-up or cleaning, feel free to reach out — we're always here to help.
